Novak Djokovic is through to the US Open tennis final.

Novak Djokovic is through to the US Open tennis final.

The defending champion beat Spain's David Ferrer in four sets at Flushing Meadows.

Their last four clash was played over two days after the threat of storms interrupted the first set.

Djokovic has said it is a relief to progress.
