GAA punditry is back on the agenda after Joe Brolly’s comments about referee Maurice Deegan.

Our panel Shaun Cronin and Peter McNamara of and Éamonn Murphy, assistant sports editor of the Evening Echo discussed whether the comments went a step too far.

Was it acceptable for GAA president Aogán Ó Fearghail to suggest that perceived negativity in RTE coverage could become a factor when awarding GAA TV rights in the future?

However, this didn't dissuade Brolly from hitting back at the GAA by suggesting that they want 'Rose of Tralee coverage' of Ireland's national game.
