The counties which faced each other in the Munster and Leinster hurling deciders will be kept apart in the All-Ireland semi-finals.
The GAA yesterday announced All-Ireland champions Galway will play their All-Ireland semi-final on Saturday, July 28 (Croke Park, 5pm). If both beaten provincial finalists record victories this Saturday and Sunday, Galway will meet Clare and Cork will face Kilkenny.
The dates and times have also been announced for rounds two and three of the Super 8s. Sky Sports, who were unhappy at not getting the Dublin-Donegal game this Saturday, will show the All-Ireland champions’ visit to Omagh on Saturday week, July 21 (throw-in 7pm).
