Sean O’Sullivan will make his first start of this season’s National Football League when Kerry travel to Scotstown to take on Monaghan on Sunday (throw-in 2.00pm).
The Cromane clubman, who made his league debut back in 1999 under then Kerry boss Paidí O’Sé, came off the bench to hit two impressive points in Kerry’s Division 1A win over Fermanagh last weekend.
O’Sullivan replaces Paddy Kelly of Ballylongford at right half-forward. Kelly drops to the bench along with Dr. Crokes goalkeeper Kieran Cremin. In Kerry manager Jack O’Connor’s only other change, 2005 All-Star Diarmuid Murphy reclaims the number one jersey from Cremin.
