TI worked with Justin on new album

Justin Timberlake has collaborated with TI on his new album.

The 'Cry Me A River' hitmaker recorded a handful of songs with the US rapper as well as producer Timbaland for his big comeback album 'The 20/20 Experience' and TI has hinted a song called 'Goodbye Homey' will make the final tracklist.

TI told MTV: "I did a record for them [Justin and Timbaland] at the end of last year. They were working on a record together, and I had the pleasure of assisting them on their particular record.

"I think it's called 'Goodbye Homey', one of them is, and then there is another one; I did maybe two or three records with them."

Justin hasn't released an album since 2006's 'Future Sex/Love Sounds' in order to concentrate on his film career, with standout roles in films like 'The Social Network', but TI thinks the music industry has

sorely "missed" the R&B singer's smooth sound.

He said of Justin's comeback single 'Suit & Tie': "It's just great that he's back into doing music. The record he has out with Jay-Z right now is phenomenal. It was definitely a sound that was missed."

'The 20/20 Experience' is released on March 18 in the UK and a day later in the US.
