The Police are to perform an Irish date in October after reuniting for a tour of Europe and North America this year.
The group will open the European leg of the tour in Stockholm on August 29. The Dublin gig is on Saturday, October 6 at Croke Park.
Tickets go on sale next Friday at 8am priced between €86.50 for and €126.50.
The Police have also been invited to play their first concerts in Cuba by the communist country's government.
The group is considering ending its American reunion tour on the Caribbean island in December, according to Fox News reports.
The official invite comes after Police frontman Sting and his actress wife Trudi Styler recently met dignitaries and artists on a trip to Cuba.
Although the proposed show will be a first for The Police, bandmates Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers performed a concert there in 1999.
The group is also one of the headline acts for the Live Earth awareness concert on July 7.
