Pippa O'Connor announces she's releasing a second 'more personal' book
Pippa O'Connor has announced she has been working on book number two.
The Pippa Guide: Live Your Best Life is set to focus on the more personal side to her life such as her business and family life, something she’s never shared before.
The mum released her first book in 2016, which focused on fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
Announcing the news to her 346K followers, Pippa said: “It's such a relief to finally be able to share my news, I've been keeping a secret.
"Obviously my close friends and family know what I've been up to, but I've been working on book number two.
Last year I was approached again by the lovely people at Penguin and they asked me was I ready and would I like to do book number two, and I said yes - I couldn't wait, to be honest
She also popped on to her Instagram Stories to go into more detail about the book and said that it is “quite different from the first” as it covers topics she’s never openly talked about before.
“It’s definitely very personal for me and I share a lot of myself in this book because I think that’s what people will enjoy and it’s what they want to know"
I’ve really been as honest as I possibly can, I am quite private in a lot of ways and there’s a lot of things that I don’t talk about
“Outside looking it in probably looks like a bit of craic and you all don’t always get to see the reality of it all"
She went on to say that the book will cover how she started her POCO and Pippa Collection empire and the highs and lows that came with it.
"I talk about building a business from scratch, how to manage and expand a team, and how to work with family, my husband and how I manage all of that"
The official release date for the Pippa Guide: Live Your Best Life is October 3, 2019.
It is currently available on pre-order on the Easons website.
