Pap angered by Kanye plea deal

Photographer Daniel Ramos is allegedly determined to take Kanye West to court again.

The paparazzo is unhappy with the rapper striking a plea deal on Monday concerning their Los Angeles International Airport altercation last July and is reportedly refusing to settle for money because he wants to bring the 'Stronger' hitmaker to trial, according to TMZ.

The photographer - who says he was punched by Kanye in what he claims was an unprovoked attack - is refusing a settlement agreement in the civil lawsuit case and the gossip site reports that a trial date has already been set.

Ramos' attorney Gloria Allred has reportedly also already sent Kanye notice for a deposition.

The City Attorney did not make Kanye - who wasn't in court – plead guilty of misdemeanour charges of battery earlier this week.

The star will be allowed to maintain his innocence legally, under the condition that he remains under probation for two years, undertakes 250 hours of community service and undergoes anger management counselling.

Daniel testified saying he felt the rapper should go to jail, claiming his emotional injuries are still prominent and that he believes Kanye used the incident to promote his album 'Yeezus'.
