Following on from the success of their debut album, Rhythm of Dawn, Cry Monster Cry are embracing change and taking their different tempos, rhythms, dynamics on tour.

The duo who are set to release a new album due later this year teased fans with the news of upcoming live shows across Ireland, Germany, and Switzerland this summer.

Cry Monster Cry will play Whelan's in Dublin on October 17 this year.

The bots have come a long way since releasing their debut EP The Fallen in 2012.

The journey since then has seen them perform on television, receive millions of song and video streams, and win coveted headline billing in Switzerland and Germany, where their unique brand of Irish alt-folk has earned them a loyal fan base.

Their new musical voyage represents inevitable change and showcases their own hopes, fears, successes, failures, love, anger, and sadness.

Tickets for the Whelan's gig go on sale Friday, July 26 from Ticketmaster with a price mark of €17.50.
