Anderson puts $7.75m Malibu pad up for sale

Pamela Anderson is selling her Malibu home for $7.75m.

The former 'Baywatch' babe is finally ready to part with her "magical spot" after last year opting to rent out the five-bedroom abode, which she has spent years renovating to turn it into an eco-friendly inspired "masterpiece".

The listing on Trulia.com states: "This amazing home will awaken your senses and allow you to reconnect with nature while enjoying one of the finest homes Malibu has to offer.

"Walking distance from all things Malibu, this finely crafted, teak-sided home is perfect for the renter wanting to enjoy quiet, beach days while being close to the action."

The Californian home holds plenty of memories for Pamela, who has lived there since being married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee - who she divorced in 1998 - and then afterwards with the pair's sons Brandon, 16, and 15-year-old Dylan.

Those looking to purchase the three-bathroom family house might be impressed with the various electronic features which are controlled by thee iPads positioned around the house.

What's more, budding chefs will be interested in the gourmet kitchen and 'Baywatch' enthusiasts can watch the whole back catalogue of the series - in which Pamela played lifeguard C.J. Parker in the 1990s - in the home theatre before practising some of her alter-ego's rescue techniques in the property's swimming pool.

In a piece about the house penned by Pamela last year, she wrote: "I'm finally willing to share my masterpiece - what I've co-created with a handful of green architects and designers/inspired by my favourite architect Lautner - this is my humble stab at perfection. It's a magical spot."
