Tallaght two in bid to clear their names

Two Dublin men are today beginning a legal bid at the Court of Criminal Appeal to clear their names and get the State to admit their convictions were a miscarriage of justice.

Two Dublin men are today beginning a legal bid at the Court of Criminal Appeal to clear their names and get the State to admit their convictions were a miscarriage of justice.

The men, known as the Tallaght Two, were jailed 17 years ago for assault, but the convictions were later quashed.
