Teenager stabbed to death in Dublin

Gardai in Dublin have arrested a teenager in connection with a fatal stabbing in the Bayside/Sutton area early this morning.

Gardai in Dublin have arrested a teenager in connection with a fatal stabbing in the Bayside/Sutton area early this morning.

The 18-year-old victim was taken to Beaumont Hospital, where he died at around 3.30am.

The scene of the stabbing at Bayside Square has been sealed off and technical experts are due to arrive there soon.

The State Pathologist’s Office has also been informed and a post mortem will be carried out in due time.

The youth arrested in connection with the incident is being held at Raheny Garda Station.
