Dublin Gardaí name hit-and-run victim

Gardaí have named the elderly man killed in a hit and run incident in Dublin yesterday.

Gardaí have named the elderly man killed in a hit and run incident in Dublin yesterday.

He was 79-year-old Thomas Kealy from Dolphin House in the city.

He was knocked down by a car in Dolphin's Barn yesterday afternoon.

A man in his 20s is being held at Kilmainham Garda station in connection with the incident.
