RUC investigates Antrim robbery

The RUC is investigating an incident in Ballymoney, Co Antrim, last night in which three people were assaulted and tied up.

The RUC is investigating an incident in Ballymoney, Co Antrim, last night in which three people were assaulted and tied up.

The incident happened shortly after 10.30pm, when three masked and armed men entered a house on the Pharis Road and tied up the female occupant.

A short time later, her husband and another person returned home.

They were also assaulted and tied up. The assailants escaped with a sum of cash.
