GOAL commits £150,000 to quake victims

Aid agency GOAL has committed a further £100,000 to help the victims of the recent El Salvador earthquake, bringing the charity's total financial commitment to £150,000.

Aid agency GOAL has committed a further £100,000 to help the victims of the recent El Salvador earthquake, bringing the charity's total financial commitment to £150,000.

More than 700 people died in the quake, with thousands more left homeless.

Since the earthquake on January 14, GOAL has been working to supply essential non-food items to devastated communities in towns and villages in the south of the country.
