At least 10 people have been killed in Israeli missile attacks on Gaza City.

According to reports, the home of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat is burning but Israeli officials have denied this.

The Palestinian leader is safe in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

Israeli officials say the strikes are a warning to Arafat following the suicide bombings which claimed 26 lives last weekend.

Officials said the attack was not on the Palestinian leader's home but his two helicopters.

There are also reports of Israeli raids on the West Bank city of Jenin.
