Lennox Lewis's former promoter Panos Eliades has said that he is suing the fighter for £1.5m.
Eliades, who has split from Lewis after 11 years, says he is owed the cash following the boxer's fights against David Tua and Frans Botha.
The London-based promoter took over the affairs of Lewis in 1991, and has accused the world heavyweight champion of being surrounded by "yes men" who had made him greedy.
Eliades said: "Lennox Lewis earned £46m last year, but these people take him to one side and tell him: 'Just £46m? You should be getting £146m".
