Farmers groups have welcomed the latest lifting of foot-and-mouth restrictions as the crisis appears to come to an end.
The Minister for Agriculture has announced the end of a ban on sheep mart sales and the movement of sheep.
The news comes as the latest suspect case of foot-and-mouth in Limerick returned negative results.
