A search for a missing man in the River Slaney in County Wexford has been called off for the night.

Search efforts will resume at first light tomorrow.

Two men were seen falling into the river at Enniscorthy in the early hours of this morning. One man was rescued.

Four people have fallen into the Wexford river since last Monday.

Two are still missing and the body of one was found yesterday.

It has been reported that it is the biggest search operation in the history of the region.
