Bon Jovi fans slippery when wet

Three dedicated Bon Jovi fans refused to let more than 20 yards of water deter them from crashing the stage at the star’s latest show in Australia.

Three dedicated Bon Jovi fans refused to let more than 20 yards of water deter them from crashing the stage at the star’s latest show in Australia.

About 20,000 fans were lining Sydney harbour today as Bon Jovi played a free concert from a floating stage, but two women and a man braved the waters for the chance of a better view.

While the women obeyed security guards’ orders to turn back, the 32-year-old local man swam on until he was hauled out of the water by his hero, Jon Bon Jovi, to huge cheers from the crowd.

His elation may be short-lived. A police spokesman said the fan may end up with a court summons for his trouble.
