Gardai in Dundalk are appealing for information after two attempts were made to abduct young girls last night.

Gardai in Dundalk are appealing for information after two attempts were made to abduct young girls last night.

In the first incident the driver of a white Toyota Corrolla tried to lure two 10-year-old girls into the car by offering them money.

Later a 12-year-old was also offered money. The man is in his late thirties or early forties, and the car had a Northern Ireland registration number.
