Women to receive invitations for cervical screening

All women between the ages of 25 and 60 are set to receive letters in future when they are due to undergo cervical screening.

For the past year, it has been up to patients themselves to organise a smear test with their GPs.

Cervical Check now says it will send out invitations to all women in the relevant age group.
