Osbournes ready to become Osbalds

The Osbourne family say they would shave off their hair if matriarch Sharon - who is suffering from colon cancer – loses her locks.

The Osbourne family say they would shave off their hair if matriarch Sharon - who is suffering from colon cancer – loses her locks.

So far Sharon’s hair hasn’t thinned much but Ozzy, Jack and Kelly are ready to come out in solidarity if need be.

“We’ll be known as the Osbalds,” Sharon tells People magazine.

The family are interviewed in the publication to mark the start of the second season of their MTV show in the States.

Ozzy says he fell apart and started drinking when Sharon’s cancer was diagnosed last summer.

“I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% sober,” he says. “I can’t stand AA.”

Meanwhile Kelly says she is fed up trying to deal with her father.

“I’m sick of saying, ‘Don’t do that! Don’t take that’. Instead I’ll say, ‘you a***’ and walk out of the room,” she says.

Meanwhile 6.6 million American viewers tuned in to see the first episode of the new series this week.

MTV said ratings were up 84% on the first season’s premiere, making it one of the most watched instalments of life with the British rocker and his dysfunctional family.
