Google Maps to guide shoppers around major shopping centres

Shoppers need no longer wander aimlessly around Ireland's biggest shopping centres, with Google Maps now available indoors.

An interactive map tool can now help smartphone users find specific shops, cash machines and bathrooms in places like Dublin's Dundrum Centre or Cork's Merchants Quay Centre.

Museums are on the app too, including IMMA and the National Museum in Dublin.

Users can also access maps for airports, stadiums, train stations and universities across the country.
