Monaghan Utd drew one-all with Finn Harps in the First Division Cup (North) tonight.
Lester opened the scoring for Monaghan in the 60th minute before and 84th minute penalty taken by McHugh levelled matters.
Sligo Rovers defeated Dublin City with a 37th minute goal from Gorman.
In the First Division Cup (South) Limerick FC defeated Cobh Ramblers in an ill-tempered clash which saw four sendings off.
O'Reilly gave the Cork side the lead before second-half strikes O'Donoghue and Hughes gave the Limerick outfit the advantage.
However, Cobh were reduced to nine men following the sendings-off of Clifford and Dobbs in the 73rd and 74th minutes. Foley was sent off for Limerick.
Cobh were reduced again in the final minute of normal time as O'Donovan was sent to the line.
Hughes scored the winning goal on 62 minutes.
