Fexco open new contact centre
Financial services company Fexco has opened a new contact centre in Cahirciveen, Co Kerry.
Fexco has invested around €5.5m in the purpose built centre where 70 people are currently employed.
It plans to expand the centre over the next few years and increase employment there to 200 by the end of 2004.
Company chairman Brian McCarthy said that while the centre was presently a voice centre phase two would see the development of a full multimedia contact centre.
This would incorporate web collaboration/textchat, email management and voiceover IP.
