Around 250,000 Irish people are expected to buy tickets for tonight's record-breaking €62m Euromillions jackpot.

Around 250,000 Irish people are expected to buy tickets for tonight's record-breaking €62m Euromillions jackpot.

The National Lottery has described the jackpot as the biggest in the history of Europe.

Euromillions tickets are sold in nine countries, including Ireland, which joined the lottery game last October.
