Brothel ordered to pay £60k after prostitute falls out window
A brothel has been ordered to fork out £60,000 after a prostitute fell out of a bedroom window.
The 25-year-old woman lost the use of her limbs following the incident in 2008 and died a year later, but a judge has now ordered the Felina Prive club in Piracicaba, south Brazil to pay the sum in damages to the victim's family.
After the fall, the woman claimed employment rights but the club denied liability.
He said: "Because of the fall, she became dependent."
The woman fell out of the bedroom window while with a client.
