Former Footballer of the Year Kieran Donaghy has been left out of the Kerry team for Sunday's Munster SFC final against Cork at Fitzgerald Stadium (throw-in 2pm).
Manager Eamonn Fitzmaurice has opted for the pace and attacking threat posed by Darran O'Sullivan over the ball-winning ability of Donaghy, who will still hope to have an impact off the bench.
Donaghy was one of Kerry's goal scorers in their facile semi-final victory over Waterford, but did miss two chances to find the net in the first half and only managed a point in the previous round against Tipperary.
The nippy O'Sullivan, who scored a memorable goal in the 2011 Munster final win over Cork, comes in at right corner forward with Declan O'Sullivan positioned at the edge of the square.
There are three personnel changes to the Kingdom side that beat Waterford with St. Michael's/Foilmore clubman Mark Griffin deputising for the injured Aidan O'Mahony (dislocated elbow) at full-back, as he did during the Allianz League campaign.
For Griffin's Championship debut, he will have the vastly experienced Marc Ó Sé alongside him in the full-back line. Shane Enright also returns in the left corner in place of Fionn Fitzgerald.
KERRY (SFC v Cork): Brendan Kealy; Marc Ó Sé, Mark Griffin, Shane Enright; Tomás Ó Sé, Killian Young, Peter Crowley; Anthony Maher, Johnny Buckley; Paul Galvin, Colm Cooper (capt), Donnchadh Walsh; Darran O'Sullivan, Declan O'Sullivan, James O'Donoghue.
Subs: Brian Kelly, Kieran Donaghy, Fionn Fitzgerald, Bryan Sheehan, Eoin Brosnan.
