A second body has been retrieved from the wreckage of the fishing vessel, the Tullaghmurray Lass off the coast of Co Down.

Members of three generations of the Greene family from Kilkeel, Co Down drowned when their trawler sank on St Valentine’s Day.

The wreckage of the vessel was discovered on the sea bed last week after an extensive search involving the Irish and British navies, the coastguard and local volunteers.

It was confirmed that all three bodies were on board the boat.

A large-scale operation was begun yesterday to remove the three bodies. So far, two have been brought to shore.
