Man dies following road accident in Dublin

A man in his twenties is dead following a road accident on the Ballyboggan Road in Dublin.

A man in his twenties is dead following a road accident on the Ballyboggan Road in Dublin.

The single vehicle crash happened just after 6am.

The driver of the car was injured and has been taken to the Mater Hospital where his injuries are described as not life-threatening.

Gardaí in Mountjoy are investigating the full circumstances of the accident but it is believed the car went out of control and struck a wall.
