Football fans making their way to the All-Ireland Final today will not be affected by Car-Free Day restrictions.
Ten cities and towns, including Dublin, are taking part in the event, in which people are encouraged to come into town centres without using their cars.
Live entertainment is being provided around the city centre.
Brian McManus from Dublin City Council’s traffic division said there would be no disruption for GAA fans.
