BIC Systems opens e-business systems centre
BIC Systems, a Belfast provider of IT solutions and skills throughout Ireland and the UK, has officially opened its eBusiness Systems Centre.
The Centre employs 70 people. It offers managed services and e-business development services, and represents one of the fastest growing areas of business growth in B.I.C. Systems over the past 18 months.
The Centre allows organisations to outsource key elements of their IT strategy implementation and management of their IT resources, enabling them to concentrate on their core resources.
The Centre has already secured contracts worth over €12m in the UK with RMC [Readymix Concrete] UK and Salisbury District Council, and locally with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
BIC Systems' core services include enterprise managed services, e-business development and consulting among other things. Established in 1984 it employs 200 people and has offices in Belfast and Dublin.
