A plane has made an emergency landing at Dublin Airport.

Spanish delegation forced into emergency landing in Dublin

A plane has made an emergency landing at Dublin Airport.

The small private aircraft with 20 people on board departed the capital at 3.30pm.

It returned to the airport 15 minutes later after developing an engine issue and landed safely.

The plane was carrying a Spanish government delegation that was attending the European People's Party congress.
