Father and son killed in Clare housefire

A father and son have died in a housefire in North Clare.

A father and son have died in a housefire in North Clare.

The fire broke out at a two-storey house at Knockroe, near Boston, Tubber at around 7.30am today.

The two men - one in his 30s and one in his 60s - were pronounced dead at the scene.

Gardaí and emergency services are still at the scene of the fire.

North Clare Councillor Joe Arkins has said the entire community is shocked by the deaths.
