7% bullied in workplace
Some 7% of employees are being bullied, according to a report on bullying in the workplace published today.
The report also shows that women are more likely than men to be subjected to intimidation at work.
Minister of State Tom Kitt said all efforts must now be directed at further reducing this figure.
