43 die in workplace accidents in 2009
Forty-three people died in workplace accidents last year, the lowest level in 20 years.
New figures from the Health and Safety Authority show the Agriculture and Construction sectors accounted for the largest number of fatalities.
Ten people died in farming-related incidents in 2009 - half the previous year's figure - while 10 people lost their lives in building site accidents, down from 15 in 2008.
