Take the animated characters from The Rugrats and The Wild Thornberrys - all of whom are charmless - and put them together in a dismal effort to attract a young audience; and you get this awful mish-mash of a film.
The story concerns the Rats being shipwrecked on a desert island where the Thornberrys are making a TV series.

It's a badly-drawn, badly written waste of time.
