Gardaí investigate fire station robbery

Gardaí in Bray, Co Wicklow, are appealing for information after a robbery at a fire station while the crew were out answering an emergency call.

Gardaí in Bray, Co Wicklow, are appealing for information after a robbery at a fire station while the crew were out answering an emergency call.

The robbery happened at the Bray fire station in the early hours of Friday morning.

The thieves ransacked the firemen’s lockers and took wallets and other personal items, including car keys that enabled the robbers to make off with two cars.

The cars were later recovered undamaged.
