Bedingfield rejected US image-change
Looks like Natasha Bedingfield had to keep her feet on the ground when she moved to the US.
The singer revealed her record label tried to change her image and personality for the American market to court controversy.
“They thought I needed a bit more scandal!” she told Cosmopolitan magazine. “I said: ’Right, you want me to have worked this hard to sleep with the president or shoplift just to get a headline?’
“I don’t want to be a horrible person,” she said. “It’s not me.”
