Gardaí investigating the death of model Katy French have arrested three people in Co Meath this morning.

Gardaí investigating the death of model Katy French have arrested three people in Co Meath this morning.

Two men and a woman have been detained on suspicion of withholding information about the 24-year-old's death.

The arrests were made after Gardaí investigating the case received the results of the latest toxicology tests.

A man in his late 30s and a woman in her late 20s were detained in Navan at around 9.30am, while a man in his 20s was detained just after 11am.

Ms French died in hospital on December 6, five days after collapsing at a friend's house in Kilmessan, Co Meath, following an apparent cocaine overdose.

Initial tests revealed that she did have cocaine in her system.
