FG ready to attack Government over strikes

The Government's record on averting major strikes will come under attack in the Dail in the coming week.

The Government's record on averting major strikes will come under attack in the Dail in the coming week.

Fine Gael said it has put down a Dail motion attacking, what it calls, the Government's abject failure to address the growing industrial unrest and for following policies that are fueling inflationary pay demands.

The party is again warning that the Programme for Prosperity and Fairness could be undermined by the strikes and stoppages.
