eircom League champions Shelbourne have been drawn against Dublin rivals St Patrick’s Athletic in the third round of this season’s FAI Cup.
St Pat’s will see the game as a grudge match after they were docked nine points at the end of the last league season, a move that handed the title to Shels.
The remainder of the third-round draw pits Sligo Rovers against Bray Wanderers, Bohemians against UCD, Derry City against Waterford United, Monaghan United against Cork City, Shamrock Rovers against Cobh Ramblers and Kilkenny City against Longford Town.
Fairview Rangers, the only non-league club left in the competition, will meet Finn Harps.
All the games will be played on the weekend of August 17/18.
