Three people are dead after a man opened fire at a farm in California in front of 30 people.

Three people are dead after a man opened fire at a farm in California in front of 30 people.

The employee was on parole and is said to have had an 'extensive' criminal record stretching back to the 1990s.

Police have said that the suspect is among the dead and they do not know what prompted the attack.
