British Police claim there's no sign of a 6 foot long crocodile a bus driver reported seeing in the city of Bristol.

Avon and Somerset Police's chief constable tweeted to say his officers can't find the reptile, which was apparently under a bridge yesterday.

A spoof Twitter account for the mystery croc now has more than 600 followers.
