The Labour Party has called for the report into the now infamous Ansbacher scheme to be made public.

The report was presented to Justice Joe Finnegan, the president of the High Court, today and he will decided over the coming weeks whether or not it should be published. Labour spokesman Pat Rabitte believes it should.

"The issues involved, supposed or alleged tax evasion, are matters of fundamental public interest," he said.
