Bord Bia review set to reveal recovery
Bord Bia's annual review for 2002 is expected to report a recovery in the food industry last year following the impact of the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak in 2001.
The review, which is due to be published today, will also outline the prospects for the food sector in the coming year.
Spokesman John McGrath said the prospects are good, but the environment for food companies will be challenging and competitive.
