FF support up but voters lack confidence in the Govt
Fianna Fáil are clawing back some of the support it lost over the past number of months, according to the latest opinion poll.
The Red C survey in this morning's Sunday Business Post shows the main Government party has gained five points to stand at 28%.
Fine Gael are still the country's biggest party however.
It is up one point to 31%.
Labour are down five points to 17%, while Sinn Féin are down four to 7%.
Meanwhile support for the Greens is up one to 7%
The poll also shows that two thirds of voters do not have confidence in the Government's ability to manage the recession.
However less than a third believe the Opposition would handle matters better.
Support for the Lisbon Treaty is holding steady, with two thirds of voters saying they intend to vote yes in the next Treaty referendum.
