A woman in Galway who was found recently has lead gardai to seek information from the public.

A woman in Galway who was found recently has lead gardai to seek information from the public.

The woman remains unidentified after been found dead on the university road in Galway.

No foul play is suspected but gardai are appealing to the public to help identify the body.

The woman has been described as being between forty and fifty years old, about 5 foot 7 and of heavy build with short brown permed hair.

She was wearing a long sleeved black top, black tracksuit bottoms and brown runners.
