The Equality Tribunal has published 13 decisions relating to employment cases taken by workers and employers.
The tribunal upheld two out of seven employment cases and four out of six equal status cases.
The body was set up to mediate on complaints of discrimination on the grounds of gender, race, religion and membership of the Travelling community.
A spokesperson said gender is the main grounds for cases of employment discrimination, while Travellers are the main complainants under equal status cases.
